Overview
Marble Runn is an interactive installation project that aims to create a playful experience. The project combines a personal interest in creating an interactive marble track with a strong fascination for automated mechanical mechanisms. The result is a successful project that incorporates both interests.
-
Designed through sketches and 2/3D CAD w/ implementation of industry design spec and reusable design elements for physical installation system under limited resources and project direction.
-
Translated design into a modularized prototype of a multi-directional semi-auto marble track system.

Reflection
During the design process of the marble track project, I encountered various challenges, including material selection, mechanism precision, and time constraints. I tackled these obstacles through adaptive planning and thorough research. Despite facing numerous difficulties, the final outcome was rewarding and satisfying.
